Milla Jovovich as Alice from Resident Evil:Extinction

Milla Jovovich returns to play Alice. From the previous installment, Resident Evil: Extinction, Ali Larter (Heroes, Final Destination) returns as Claire, Jason O’Mara (Life On Mars) returns as Albert Wesker and Spencer Locke returns as K-Mart. New cast members include Boris Kodjoe (Surrogates), Wentworth Miller (Prison Break), Shawn Roberts (Land of the Dead), Norman Yeung, Kasey Barnfield and Kim Coates (Prison Break).

In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap. – Screen Gems

The movie will be shot and released in 3D and is scheduled be released in theatre on August 27, 2010. The movie will be directed by Paul W.S. Anderson who wrote the script for this movie as well. Anderson returns to the director’s chair after last directing the first movie in the Resident Evil franchise. He also wrote all the movies in this franchise.
