It’s been 13 years since 2Pac died on the 13th day of September 1996, yet the void he left in hip-hop–let alone black culture–is gaping, For his anniversary, VIBE revives the fallen icon, if just for a couple minutes, with the first in a series of previously unreleased interview footage from May ‘96. This is by far one of 2Pac’s best tracks. Every aspect, from the chorus, to the verses, to the intro, to the outro, the song is so real, full of emotion, carrying with it all of the elements needed to portray the pain felt within the lifestyle lived by 2Pac and many others during those times. For this masterpiece, we are proud to announce 2Pac’s “So Much Pain” as a 1VIBE Certified Classic. R.I.P. to Pac, only god can judge us homie!

2Pac ft. Boot Camp Clik – Initiated

datePosted on 23:27, February 9th, 2009 by ildino

Buckshot & Sean Prince who make up Boot Camp Clik, just dropped this very rare track off their album collaboration album with other artists (one of them being 2pac) titled “One Nation” which was not completed or released. The track apparently first appeared on the Nu-Mix Klassicks which came out about two years ago, but this song right here has the original production. Props to 2DopeBoyz for this.
