It has been just confirmed that Jay-Z will be doing a second leg of his successful Live Nation-produced Blueprint 3 tour. The second leg of the tour begins on February 22nd in Houston, Texas at the Toyota Center. Grammy-nominated rapper Yong Jeezy will join Jay-Z on tour and serve as opening act for the second leg of the tour.
