I wonder what it must feel like for true Eminem fans to watch all of these people (other than Eminem himself) talk about what Em’s new album is sounding like. I wonder how high are the standards that fans are setting for “Relapse” (new album title) because of all the wait and buzz that is being created. I mean when is Dr.Dre’s “DETOX” coming? I wonder if 50’s “Before I Self Destruct” is even dropping anytime soon. I know its hard to believe that Hip Hop can really go through major change just by the release of three albums by three rappers who can be considered as the ultimate rap-trio, but if its possible only their reputation and power in the industry can be seen as the tools needed to orchestrate something we have yet to witness within hip hop music.

On another note, Swizz Beatz spoke to MTV about Eminems upcoming album “Relapse” scheduled to release in early 2009. This is what he had to say:

Swizz said he’s worked on five songs with Eminem, including one featuring both Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. “I don’t know the title yet, but it’s classic,” he said. “It’s sounding big.”

Another song Swizz worked on with Em is a track they’re referring to as a “Stan Part 2.” “You know how ‘Stan’ … was the big [song]?” Swizz asked, referring to the obsessed-fan track which sampled Dido’s “Thank You.” “So I worked on part 2, and I think it was, like, totally genius.”

This is why Ne-Yo remains at the top spot of R&B, and he has done it album after album. 1VIBE.. beautiful music and a very well directed video.
